To start your leadership journey and build your own team there are several requirements that must be fulfilled.
1. Write $10,000 ALP per month
2. Recruit 1 New Agent per month
3. Be able to train new agents through leading by example
4. Always have at least 1 Agent who is actively writing business
5. Be a leader as well as a team player
